November’s Nostalgia!

November's Nostalgia!

November 2025:

Warning: Those who say that putting up the Christmas tree in November may find this post upsetting…

I feel as though this has been a very long month, but that means I have been able to achieve a lot.

November started with my Aunt and Archie being up to visit and we also had a few new additions to the family in the form of a giant sloth and a giant bear… don’t ask! Archie is a massive fan of sloths, so when we found this large sloth in B&M we knew we had to get it for Archie. But this also meant that Bertie couldn’t be left out… so we had to buy Bertie a large bear for him. So Sydney the sloth and Barnaby the bear have join the family (I promise we are a normal family 😂)

One day during the week, we also decided to take a trip into town and see what was about in the shops, followed up by a meal out a few days later – that pizza by the way was delicious! 😋

Our highlight event of November was a night out to The Drifters (this really shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone anymore). Another incredible performance from everyone involved, and as I have said on multiple occasions, if you wonder what the deal is and why we go to so many of these performances – check out their website and grab yourself some tickets if they are performing near you!

I have made some amazing progress whilst writing book four – I currently about to start writing chapter ten! Bearing in mind I started writing the first draft of book four 5th November 2025 and I am now about to begin chapter ten! I am so proud of my progress (something to definitely celebrate) and I hope that I can continue to make this kind of progress throughout the rest of writing the first draft 🤞🏻

Just a little reminder that all three books are still available for you to buy, and you can now buy them as a bundle for £25. You can still order these and get them in time for Christmas. If my books sound like something you would enjoy – please check them out! I discovered the other day that so far I have sold 77 copies of books in total (‘Academy Assassination’: 32, ‘Roses are red, Murder is too’: 24, ‘Festive Foul Play’: 21) – mind blown!! 🤯 So thank you to anyone who has bought any of my books so far – none of this would be possible without you!

Towards the end of November, we decided it was finally time to put up our Christmas tree! 🎄 I have bee waiting for this moment for weeks!! If you want to see a more detailed video of us putting up the tree, check out my Instagram or TikTok. So the house is now decked (pardon the pun) of ceiling decorations, lights and Christmas trees and I am a very happy Hannah.

Last day of November, Mum and I went out for a trip to the cinema to see the streaming of ‘Westlife 25 at the Royal Albert Hall’. Mum and I have been going to their concerts for years and attended the cinema a few years ago to watch the live stream of one of their concerts at Croke Park. It was a great evening going down memory lane singing along to some of their classics and a few forgotten gems.

And with December around the corner, I would like to shoutout my YouTube channel where I have been uploading weekly vlogs and will be uploading weekly Vlogmas videos too! I don’t think I have the time to be able to upload daily at the moment, so maybe next year! So if fancy following me on my journey to writing book four – please go and check it out and subscribe!

I will end November with a round of Bertie’s moments, made up of his scenic walk through the autumnal leaves, being cosy on the sofa having snuggles, or being dressed up and posing for his traditional Christmas pictures. So please enjoy Bertie’s highlights.

Comments Conversation: When do you put up your Christmas tree and decorations? Do you allow Christmas to creep into November or should it firmly stay in December? I feel as though I don’t need to answer this question… you could guess what my answer would be 😂🎄

Until next time!

See you soon!

TTFN – Love Hannah ❤️
